Angela Beaudry is the Vice President, Human Resources for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Angela brings extensive experience as a Human Resources strategist, working across industry. Angela has a successful record of leading Human Resources functions with specialization in employee relations, labor relations, and HR Information systems. Additionally, she is highly regarded for her effectiveness in creating positive culture, and driving operational excellence design, and execution.

As Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region, Angela has direct accountability for leading our people strategy, providing oversight and delivery of human resources solutions to our business including culture design, change management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and employee and labor relations. Angela has indirect responsibility for talent acquisition, training and learning programs, and total rewards.

Angela reports directly to the Regional President and has a dotted line to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, HR Market Consulting and Labor Relations.

WORK EXPERIENCE 

Most recently, Angela served as Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Ardent Health Services. Before joining Ardent Health Services, she held a national labor relations role for Community Health Systems Inc., and various leadership positions with and Health Management Associates.
