Kaiser Permanente is happy to consider your organization’s request for event sponsorship. Guided by our organization’s recent Community Health Needs Assessment, we welcome sponsorship requests from organizations with missions that focus on the areas of Socioeconomic Security (including education, employment status and income), Health Care Access, Obesity/Overweight, Mental Health, Diabetes and the Physical Environment (including housing, transportation and access to nutritious, healthy foods).

In keeping with Kaiser Permanente’s national contributions policies, we ask that your organization submit a formal sponsorship request through our website sponsorship opportunities. Please submit your sponsorship request at least 9 weeks prior to the date of your event to allow time to process your request.
